Ms. Peterson was raised in Porter Ranch, California. She attended Chaminade College Preparatory for grades 7-12. Ms. Peterson has taught for over 20 years in both private and public school settings in grades 1-8. She has worked in gifted and talented education throughout most of her career in California and Washington state.
