Physical Education

Confidence, Coordination & Character Through Movement
At Carden Conejo, Physical Education is about more than sports. It’s about movement, teamwork, and building the physical confidence children need to thrive—in the classroom and in life. Our daily P.E. program develops strength, balance, sportsmanship, and perseverance in a joyful and inclusive environment.

From stretching and core strength to cooperative games and competitive play, students learn to challenge themselves physically, support their classmates, and grow through movement.
